(Fallout 3) Cannot find any info about this anywhere

My issue comes when I install enb alone even without any shaders.
When you start a new game on fallout 3, normally it starts off black, and then bright white with some blood on the screen (after being "born"): http://oi59.tinypic.com/2jcbu6u.jpg
Except, with enb installed/enabled, it comes up like this: http://oi59.tinypic.com/352m541.jpg

I have absolutely no clue what's causing this or how to fix it other than to not use enb at all.
I posted this in the Nvidia section because my video card is nvidia.

Other notes: I'm using Mod organizer to launch FOSE to run the game, and yes, I know Mod organizer uses it's own ini files, and yes, I modified them accordingly to disable everything I'm supposed to.

No, I don't have any overlay programs running on top of the game screen, I've already read that they cause problems.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has this problem..

PS: I'm using wrapper not injector (I have no idea how to make the injector work)
PPS: I'm also using windows 8.1 pro @_@ I keep forgetting possibly important details.

Oh man, i can't test and fix all scenarios which game brings. For sure this is a bug of the mod, but any attempts to fix this leads to huge chance corrupt something else, because it's not frequently used scene specific non standart behavior.
