TES Skyrim 0.290

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim (TES Skyrim)

Graphic mod ENBSeries / patch ENBoost 0.290

Fixed bug of incorrect colors of some particle type. Added SDK to control parameters of shaders or configuration files.

What you can do with SDK? Create custom focusing areas and toggle dof when some game action occur; apply different effects according to things going on in the game; create director tool for making machinimas. It depends from you.

Included example can be tested by loading it via:

Code: Select all

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=ExamplePlugin.dll
but it must be SKSE or ScriptDragon actually to let users run other wrappers as proxy.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.290

It seems that FPS limiter is broken in this version. When I enable it, the FPS are limited to 16 regardless of the value of "FPSLimit" parameter.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.290

I am having the exact same issue. My FPS lock at 16 regardless of what I change. I set the following:

EnableFPSLimit=true
FPSLimit=61.0
EnableVSync=true

I verified the game without 0.290 runs at 60 FPS solid. As soon as I use the plugin with the FPS changes it locks at 16 FPS. If I don't make the FPS changes the game is running at 800+ FPS. Nice my system and cards can handle that but probably not best to run that, LOL! Any advice on why it's locking at 16 FPS?

I also tried making EnableFPSLimit=false and that didn't change the FPS lock any. Stayed at 16.

Running on Win 7 64bit Professional OS.

Turn FixLag off to see if it helps.
FixLag=false

Re: TES Skyrim 0.290

"FixLag=false" doesn't fix the problem. Something is holding the FPS to 16.

Posting the same thing in different topics isn't good idea.

If you're going to use FPS Limiter, then turn your vsync off in your Skyrim.ini, enblocal.ini, and in the driver profile. This might not be ideal, but it should work.

Tried that and all I get is the 800+ fps which great my system and cards can do but Skyrim hates it and gets the game time out of sync.
