GTA SA 0.248 DirectX 9.0

Hello, so I got this bug when I try to use the ENB version 0.248, when I start the GTA it says me the following:



However if I delete the ENB I'm able to play without any problem, besides that I installed the DirectX 9.0 and nothing changed, my OS is Window 8.1.
The most awkward thing is that I've been playing with the ENB weeks ago but today I tried to launch the GTA and it happend this to me-.. I also ran dxdiag and no problem has been found..

That was what I did, tho I still have this error and has I said if I remove the ENB the GTA works fine-..

I don't have any other answer, missing dx9 libraries (lie d3dx9_43.dll) are the only known reason for such messages.

I have the same problem with my new PC,
any ENB makes gtasa give that DirextX error.
Is it possible that no one solves it after 6 years?...
