Re: [Skyrim/SSE/FO4] FreeFlyCam plugins
Similar issue here but no custom races. Crashes are intermittent and only seem to have issues when trying to switch to freecam shortly after loading a save, however it works properly about 60% of the time and when it doesn't at first, with a little persistence, I can often get it working without crashing...mr_late wrote:Using Oldrim, when inputting TFC into the console and then closing the console game crashes with an exception code BEX. Are there any known incompatibilities with mods such as Custom Races or such? This started to happen today, completely out of the blue.
I have Pause/Break mapped as the tfc key and pressing it will freeze the cam view if it fails to work properly (potential crash stage), but standard Skyrim keys like weapon draw still function, then open inventory and exit (potential crash stage) and freecam is functioning again. Strangest part is when I first installed this I wasn't having any issues, only started after several hours worth of game play.
I just try to save before taking screenshots/using tfc now because this plugin is a must have.

This could be a conflict with PrivateProfileRedirector. Another user reported a similar symptom (camera not moving when activating TFC) with the two enabled: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php? ... ry67515106

Re: [Skyrim/SSE/FO4] FreeFlyCam plugins
I disabled PrivateProfileRedirector and still had the same problem, though didn't experience any CTD's when testing. So something else is interfering with FreeFlyCamSKSE in my case.modal wrote:This could be a conflict with PrivateProfileRedirector. It's that time again; SSE and FO4 both got an update and the impetus cascades down through all the xSE DLL-utilizing mods.
