Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

Fallout New Vegas / Fallout 3

ENBSeries graphic mod / ENBoost patch 0.321

Added particles intensity parameters to fix their brightness at night, fixed hair lighting at night which was not affected by the mod.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

Hell yeah.

Out of curiosity, what was causing the issue with the hair?

FiftyTifty
Hairs shaders simply need individual patching to apply light controls, only ambient worked for them. So i patched all anisotropic lighting shaders.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

Hi Boris,

I've done some preliminary testing with update 0.321.
This has totally solved the dust storm/wisps issue that I've had for so long.

However, the particle slider is also inadvertently changing the brightness of the light given off by the Lucky 38 'Space Needle' at The Strip.

Image

When the brightness is reduced for the particles at night, the light from the Lucky 38 fades out.

Can the control of this light be removed from the particle effect?
Was this accidentally included or is it an unfortunate side effect?

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

Nevermind, found it, guess it's the only tower in the game world.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

That's right, yeah. Just the light given off the tower in the worldspace (inc. LOD).

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.321

I only can fix some of objects, but that big glow seems not, in this case it must be modified to another alpha blending mode. At least lighting of buildings surrounding not affected now.
