When I saw astrob0y's wonderful preset (ATE 1.81), I had to revisit Cyrodiil. These are the results after some minor changes to his preset:

astrob0y, below the enbseries.ini I'm currently using. But in most images parameters vary a little bit. Oh, in some images I also reduced NoiseAmount in effect.txt.
