Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution w/ENB v0.088 FX IMPLANT 2.0

Just wanted to say thanks Bronze for sharing your settings. I've been thinking of playing through this again after watching teaser trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 and haven't played it with enb yet so should be a treat ;)

Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution w/ENB v0.088 FX IMPLANT 2.0

Tried today to install game and to make final version (second time actually), but what it's doing with the mod is horrible, seems something changed in latest patch and visual bugs appear of different kind, i don't see any reason to fix that and don't recommend to use the mod, it simply not look like it should.

Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution w/ENB v0.088 FX IMPLANT 2.0

Hi Boris,

At first I noticed that the lighting/shadows appear to make odd polygonal shapes sometimes, even when I disabled the ENB (shift+F12), so I thought it was a game bug and not the ENB.

A while later I tried it without the ENB installed, and the problem was gone.

It would be great if that can be fixed.

@eldyraen,

Thank you very much! :)

It's negative result from lighting shaders, i can't fix that without playing the game (to find such lights) and i can't play, because latest version is not working properly with the mod. May be when i decide to play from beginning to till end, then do the fixes, at this moment absolutely not interested.

Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution w/ENB v0.088 FX IMPLANT 2.0

Yeah, that sounds like alot of trouble.

On the other hand, I've gotten pretty far in the game and have noticed a pattern related to this issue. It appears that the fake light cones/spheres are the culprit, and I'm 99.9% sure that there are only 2 different types in this game, both are volumetric. I'll show you....

Type 1 (attached to light source)

Type 2 (independent)

Side Angle

This is consistent throughout the game, so I'm not sure if that would simplify the process of correcting the bugs for only these 2 types of scenarios. I could also send you a game save file for the locations shown in these pictures.

I'm using the latest version of DXHR... and I think ENB works fine (minus the above issues which I've also experienced). Here are some screens combined with SweetFX (some are panoramas).

I'd really love to see a final version of ENB for DXHR with those lights fixed.

As would I :) I'm having quite a bit of fun with these panoramas.

They look great! Could you share your ENB preset?

Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution w/ENB v0.088 FX IMPLANT 2.0

I uploaded this yesterday for Oyama, but it's been tweaked a BIT since then (and who knows what he's doing to it).

It's ENB + SweetFX. Just dump it all into the main install directory. Tweak SweetFX sharpening for your resolution. The amount I have in there is geared towards a 2160p resolution... and it's still probably too high :)
