You've assumed wrong, I'm afraid. Postpass is applied before TAA. Vanilla DoF is applied after TAA and other effects, including all ENB ones. So, if the lens distortion is pinching the image, then what the bokeh DoF in Fallout 4 is getting is pinched colour and the original depth, leading to the disparity.

ok cool i could not find the pems anywhere also the ao is not in the latest download right now i use the mxao from reshade but i don't want to use reshade and where do people get your dof file with the ao

Enable AO in the file itself (open with text editor). It's some of the things that can't be tweaked in runtime, I disabled AO by default to keep compilation times low if you only want to use DoF and nothing else, for which this file is intended for in the first place.

i opend the file and turned all of the ao = 1 i see the martyadof but i cant tweak the ao and there is no ao.
