[WIP] Histogram panel

A preview on a WIP Histogram panel with tonemapper control

Green area is adaptation range, red line is current adaptation level.
node 0~9 controls slope of each segment in tonemapping curve.
histogram has 64 bins, and in overall are consistent to photoshop result. (need more understanding on bloom process to improve accuracy)
