UPDATE: I spent a little more time with this one, and it now seems to use every effect perfectly!!
( Seriously, this came out WAY better than I ever expected it could have)
AND it uses My enbpalette.bmp i call "Old VHS Cassette"
with all the effects, it now feels more like a super cartoony Ninja Gaiden-ish sorta game
