So, we can attach enbseries to dx9 and smaa to enbseries.
The purpose of my modification is to show you, that it is possible. I did not make any super-exact-fine-realistic-oversaturated settings for it.
It is just an example.
Also I used a hl2 version of Enb, as it is one of most simple, and we need bloom and colorcorrection only.

It is important!
Sfall works only with fallout2 1.02d USA patch(it is included into archive: fallout2.exe + patch000.dat) If you replace you game files, it will be so, that some text in game will be in English(if you were using some other language version of game), and there are some minor bugs in this version of game. You can make a backup of your original files(fallout2.exe + patch000.dat) if it is critical for you.
A couple of tips for those willing to make their own settings for fallout:
• SMAA setting "LOW" looks best of all.
• SMAA can drastically decrease performance on low-end GPU's
• ENB uses colorcorrection and bloom only, other settings are useless for 2D game.
• Remember, that you can use different shader effects in effect.txt
