ENB & ENBoost (NEW VEGAS)

Is ENBoost included in the v0.451, or do I need to grab patch v0.203 ENBoost. Is that patch meant to be drag and dropped? New enb user here, only been using for maybe a few weeks but huge fan. :D

Included. But may need activation in the enblocal.ini
