yeah maybe two problems, but in this image, i found the solution in the enb setting [windowlight]

in this problem, this ?fog?, its shaped like a picture when i look at it and move the picture moves with me

Maybe [PARTICLE] category parameters, try adjust them. And in general, try another preset.
