Sorry for being noobish and at the risk of sounding critical (I just don't want to mess anything up):
In readme for Fallout 4 ENB, instructions confuse me.
"Extract files from folder Patch or WrapperVersion to your game folder, where game
execution file exist."
In the downloaded 7zip there is no "Patch" folder, file or 7zip. There is a "WrapperVersion" folder, but it is not compressed so it is not possible to extract files, i.e. decompress, from that particular folder (only the top level folder). So do I just copy the files in "WrapperVersion" into the exe directory? Or do I extract the top level folder into that directory, in which case "WrapperVersion" will be nested one level deeper in the folder structure and its files an additional level deeper.

Exracting in this case refers to extracting the files from the provided archive.
Extract (or copy, if you already extracted the whole zip) the loose files in the "WrapperVersion" folder to the folder where the game's executable is. In other words, do not extract or copy the folder itself, just the files themselves.
