Problem with DOF & Black water in Skyrim

Hi ! After I reinstalled Skyrim, and I installed ENB :
1. I have problem with DOF. It isn't working. I was trying to change options in enb menu in game, but DOF still don't works
2. On the edge of lakes, sea, strams, and rivers, there is black and not transparent water.
Befoe Skyrim and ENB reinstall Everything was perfect.
What's wrong ? Some people says that is Skyrimprefs.ini problem, so I deleted this one, and i was trying to change something there
but unsuccesfully :(
Can someone send me good Skyrimprefs.ini for ''Nvidia Geforce gtx 650 Ti BOOST'' card ?

Why ? What is this forum ? Nobody helps nobody. Fine ! And what can I do? I will never use enb becouse nobody want to help me, because I did two posts ?

You can find all answers on this forum yourself if don't know simplest rules of each forum.
