Boris please. At least make patch for vram so textures load normally.

Put fallout 4 version of the mod to fallout 76 and it will do the same job as patch only.

Try other dx11 mods of mine and report back if any of them works (startup message displayed, mod menu can be displayed too). They are: Skyrim SE, GTA5, Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance. If non of them works, then game have some protection or not dx11.0.

despite f76 being a bad bugged game even in 2023, there is no point in those patches, it just need good cpu and gpu, better not to play it at all if you dont have hardware for it (at least something like 10400\11400\12400f or 3600\5600 amd cpu + 16-32gb ram (3200mhz+ and better) and something like 2060-3060 rtx for 1080p resolution on ultra with 60+ fps)
