I hate those retards as well (miners), would have upgraded a time ago if it weren't for them...
Witcher 3 is a great game but I'm not sure much can be done to it, modding wise that is. Of course customization for all kinds of stuff to make it easy to create own weather presets without the crude existing tools but that's like grunt work anyway, probably not interesting at all.

Yeah agree, I actually looked into creating a weather mod for it but no in-game visualization was a no-go, too old-school and slow.
