ENB series crashes Fallout 4 at startup

Here’s the task manager. It’s showing a bunch of the same files running.

That's mod list, but i asked processes list which can be seen after ctrl+alt+del keys pressing.

That was not the right thing. I need this:

and not just beginning of it, but scrolled to the bottom to be able to see all processes running (so i could check if there suspicious as crapware).

There are lot of potential culprits running, all "security" applications, xbox something, nvidia shadowplay and many other things must be terminated or uninstalled.
