Optimus Fix doesnt help.
Only hapens with d3d9.dll
only with 0.305 , with 0.292 works fine

Sorry, i can't remember what could be wrong, several users reported issues and they were fixed. The only one i still remember is that Steam beta must be disabled and no new drivers for NVidia (355.xx last fully supported).
