blue flickering dots in Skyrim?

When I use ENB in Skyrim and enable BLOOM, There are always alot of blue flickering dots appear everywhere.
Why?
I tried update Display driver, update DirectX.

Win7 x64, Nvidia GTX 550.

Because it's game bug in color operations, when tranformed to hdr values. In each version of the mod i'm trying to reduce this artifact by manually limiting intensity, but this fight is far from end. Just for experiment, try 0.105 or 0.106, perhaps yours is 0.103 or lower.

Just to mention that bug fix will be implemented in next version (or may be not in next, as i'm trying to make it a bit different). I don't see that artifacts, but may be because config do not have too high values, will check this later.

well, I turn off enb (Shift + F12), notice that there are small white dots flickering, very small, one or two pixels big.
My friend's computer use same skyrim, same game config, same enb, but his has no problem. May be my computer or OS has some problem?

No, it's errors in game shaders, they are visible in holes between triangles. Try to turn on/off antialiasing, this may partially help, at least your friend must have same graphic setting as yours to have same bug (and same enbseries presets/shaders).
