So I tried out two ENB mods (The ENB of the Apocalypse and 47 ENB 2: The Sequel) and both have the same glitch.

I disabled antialiasing and antisotropic in the launcher and in the nvidia control panel. Yet this still happens, any suggestions?

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
If not antialiasing, then crapware or Steam overlay.

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
Disabling steam overlay didn't change anything. I don't have any useless software that would be affecting the game if thats what you meant by crapware. This is really frustrating since I can't find any other forum topic discussions around this that are answered. :?

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
It's all the same basically, antialiasing forced or enabled, intel gpu for laptops, very outdated hardware (like gf7600gs), crapware of all kind. You may not know about it, but these days crapware is pandemia, that's why so many posts of same kind, the old are lost in time, new users won't answer if issues fixed and just leave. ALl i can do is to help find crapware from full list of processes from task manager screenshots (for all users). There are no other known and possible in theorry reasons of the bug.

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
You have tons of crapware, including razor utils.

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
Raptr, origin, chrome, Razer. All try to hook into the game process or use video resources (chrome uses VRAM, close when gaming). End all of these processes, then run the game and see what you get. Double check Antialiasing settings (in game launcher and drivers). Guarantee you problem will be fixed if you actually do these things. GeForce Experience should also be uninstalled if you have that. It causes the same problems.

Re: Fallout NV transparency bug
Unfortunately, ending those processes did nothing. I even went so far as to uninstall them completely. I'm frustrated yet curious as to what is causing this...
Edit: and yes I disabled AA in drivers, disabled AA in the launcher, and uninstalled geforce experience
