IN the process list you have some culprits, first of all Avast, which is well known bug bringer. Using ESL Wire anticheat with the mod is also very bad idea, including wirehelpsvc.exe. Steam Client Bootstrapper - what is that? Steam overlay related? I don't have this one, but overlay must be disabled in system options of Steam, try to terminate it manually and run the game, i'm not sure about it. atkexComSvc from description of it may be harmful for the mod. SteelSeries Engine Core - terminate it, it have big chance to ruin the mod, if it works similar to Razer utils.

In general, i do not support Win10, don't know names of native OS processes, so can't help much.

PS: Try without mod manager after you did changes to iMultiSample, iBlurDeferredShadowMask parameters, because it dublicates skyrimprefs.ini and game use another copy of this file, with incorrect values (without bFloatingPointRenderTarget=1 for example).

it not work maybee my enb not Support sunglare i have the Wild ENB -.-
i do all Tasks that u want and it not work

No, it's not work like that. If sun glare is visible through the walls, it means mod not functioning properly, because of the reasons i described above. Preset do not have any impact on this bug. Sorry, i don't have anything else to say to help with your problem.

it works with the new enb Version =)
one questiom ?? :D how i become bigger sunglare and more rays ?? :D

[RAYS] category of enbseries.ini and customized shaders enbsunsprite.fx, enblens.fx, which are available at Nexus web site.
