Sorry, but i can't help. If game didn't have official patch since the moment v0.189 mod was made, then you can try some generic advices like disable all "crapware" which hooks in to games. There are plenty of topics about such things on this forum and in google, search "crapware". In short, that's geforce experience, steam overlay, any other chatting and monitoring overlays, afterburner, services for led keyboards and razor/logitek input devices, some screen and video capturing tools.

I had an AMD graphics card and I handed over an AMD (6700 XT)
the game launches without d3d9.dll. if I put d3d9.dll: black screen

If you just installed Windows 10 did you also install the DirectX 9.0c runtime library?

I just installed "Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime" and it's still the same...

I don't know what to recommend, not familiar with Windows 10. Only know there are many things must be disabled in it. Try to run game in compatibility mode with Windows 7.
