I checked the list of mods that aren't compatible and ensured everything is good there. I checked the enblocal file and set ForceVSync=false, VSyncSkipNumFrames=0, EnableFPSLimit=false, under ANTIALIASING EnableEdgeAA=false and DeblurGameTAA=false. These were the things that stood out to me when searching through forums where others have had the same issue. I'm using the latest version of TES Skyrim SE (0.494) and my PC specs are below. Any idea what could be causing this?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Super
RAM: DDR4 64GB, 3200MHz
OS: Windows 11

What exactly happens? Do you mean that the display goes black for a moment and then comes back?
