Fallout 4 ENB Issue with Reflexion?

Hey, everytime i install ENB i get this weird reflexion issue? Don´t know how to describe that, or what´s the name of that problem, when i move the camera a bit the reflexion pops up and out on the ground, i tryd with mods or without, with Presets, nothing helps, i just don´t get it, someone can help please`?

I don't know how to help, because this issue reported many times and it's fixed long ago. Game have this bug itself still.
