[FiveM] Snow bug/Weird artifacts on screen

Hey, good afternoon y'all. I hope I'm posting this on the right place.

I've installed QuantV with it's respective Hyper ENB and I'm getting some weird marks/artifacts on the screen when the weather is set to snow. It does not happen on any other weather setting. Those also change their shape if the player moves.
