Cloud shadows not working with TES Skyrim SE 0.484

When I replace the files with TES Skyrim SE 0.480 it works just fine. I have no idea what might be causing this issue

Are you sure using latest version? Compare by modification time the one you have and what is on the site now.

Alright, i installed the binaries and now it's working. No idea what might have gone wrong during the initial couple of installs, but thank you for your help and apologies for wasting your time.

That's because incompatible clouds mesh from one of the mods, i tried to optimize performance but people who have it installed got an issue, so i reverted back.
