Fallout 4: Fog Artifacts disappear, or seem "negative".

It's been foggy recently, and with no changes, the fog artifacts seem to disappear at certain angles, leaving a nasty negative haze over objects and the environment. I will post pictures and will gather any info needed. Here are some basics:

Using a custom ENB setting. Playing on a GTX 1070 with updated drivers, 8-thread AMD cpu clocked at 3.4gHz, and with many settings in fallout 4 maxed, the only exception being the AO option which is off (and had no affect on the problem). I've tried many tweaks of a lot of settings in the game, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I need savegame in buggy place so can move camera a little and see it toggling. Also screenshot of game video options dialog.

Alright, I've located the savegame, both an .fos and .bak file. Which one would you prefer, and is there a prefered method that you would like so I can give them to you?

Also, which video options dialogue box. The one from your ENB or the Fallout one?

I mean this kind of screenshot. Anyway, for me that place is not foggy at all, maybe you have some mods installed which boost fog or certain weather (no idea which one), so i can't see bug. Will try to switch manually weathers, maybe this helps.

Nope, console do not work, probably because some mods missing, so i can't change weather to test on your savegame. I'll try then to find myself that place.

Can't find any bugs in that place, so it must be dependent from game video options, so i need screenshot of it.

thanks for the quick responses. Here is a list of my settings and mods. The weather mods are all that should apply so just look for those. Should only be one or two.

Turning on screen space reflections seems to have fixed it, but it was only tested in one area. As soon as it's foggy again, I'll check around on a large scale to see if it happens again.
