The issue is not swimming, i have found the issue. After putting the Wrapper ENB files into my Skyrim Directory, i am unable to go underwater. The exact second the camera goes underwater, I crash to desktop. It is almost as if the underwater textures and meshes don't exist, so the game just crashes. This renders me unable to use an ENB on my game. There are some quests that are rendered undo-able because of this but i would really like to have an ENB mod present. When I remove the wrapper files, i can go underwater just fine. I have not tried the Injector version to see if I get the same issue. I am new to ENBs so I am not really sure how to use the Injector version.
I have a legitimate copy of Skyrim (Legendary Edition) bought through Steam and I can post the load order of my mods if needed. I have never seen anyone with an issue similar to mine so help would be appreciated.
