Flashing Lens Reflections/Flares. All Binaries since v0.119

With all binaries since v0.119 I get this weird flashing thing with the lens reflection/flare.

Anyway to fix it? I'm using Realistic Lighting Overhaul and Phinic Natural ENB preset.

It also seems to happen more and less at different times of day. A ton at night, but none at like 12pm or so.

Any help/fix would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know. Drivers or antialiasing enabled, wrong skyrimprefs.ini setting...

I fixed it by simply switching to another ENBseries.ini preset. I don't know what the problem was, I had anti-aliasing set to off in Nvidia control panel and in skyrim launcher, and same with anisotropic filtering. I think perhaps it could have been because my framerate was caped at 60FPS by accident and my monitor was set at 75Hz or somthing. Anyway it's fixed, but it is a bit of a strange bug.
