help with ENB stutters

First off it performs wonderfully most of the time, and indoors it has been perfect with 0 stuttering. Outdoors however when turning I am slowed, and there are stutters, then it resumes like normal. i would say around 80% of the time it is fine and 20% it will stutter, with maybe a few minute intervals and the stutter lasts maybe 2-3 seconds. This stuttering is new to me as my pc is amd and runs smoothly all new titles. any help to fix? I am using newest vers. of Fallout 3/ NEW VEGAS enb.

Most likely because you have memory manager enabled in the enblocal.ini but setting of it are not good for your rig.

i dont mind setting it off if it helps. im using a Dell G5 5505
so which memory manager value should I turn to false

btw im a huge fan of ur work enbs are so sexy

ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false
Set these two. If stuttering disappear, then setting of memory manager are wrong for your rig and need tweaking. But big chance game will start crashing with it disabled, if the game is heavily modded, cause lack of memory issue.
