ENB lighting causing massive frame drops in The Bannered Mare?

I recently installed Rudy's ENB and I'm having an issue with FPS in the The Bannered Mare, not sure what other interiors I get the massive frame drops but The Bannered Mare is one of them. I know it has something to do with the lighting, the closer I move the to candles/campfire the more the FPS drops and pulling out spells drop the FPS in The Bannered Mare as well. I've tried disabling the ComplexParticleLights/ComplexFireLight options and messed with a bunch of settings but still the same issue, found a few posts of people having the same issues but couldn't find a solution. Any suggestions on what I should try?

There is no solution, complex particle and fire light generate light from EVERY particle. More particles on the screen and bigger they are - the worse performance is. There are mods which optimize amount of particles in the emitters and that helps significantly.
