Skyrim SE: issues after NVIDIA update?

Hi, I haven't played for a week but before I had 50-60 FPS, right now it's 10-20 FPS and 100% GPU usage (the mod list and preset are the same as before, I didn't change anything).

I bet it could be NVIDIA's fault (but not sure). Yesterday I installed an update that caused the NVIDIA container process to jump to 20% of GPU usage in idle (I already resolved that but it didn't fix the lag in Skyrim).

Any ideas what can I do to resolve that?

ENBSeries is unable to act like that, it is always gives stable result without any randomization and time bombs. So you are asking in wrong place.
