Skyrim LE: VideoMemorySize Enblocal.ini

Hi there

My laptop:
Radeon 7670M 1Gb
i3 2350M (2.3GHz)
8Gb RAM

So question:
My videocard takes additional memory from RAM and VRamSizeDX9 tool show me 4800Mb totaly.
Which size of memory i need to write in Enblocal.ini : 854Mb (1024-170) or 4630MB (4800-170)?
And maybe somebody tell me what is wrong in my Enblocal.ini

[MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=false
DisablePreloadToVRAM=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=256
VideoMemorySizeMb=4630
EnableCompression=true
EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false
AutodetectVideoMemorySize=false

If you do not have high resolution texture packs installed or many mods, then EnableCompression=false is okay, because setting it to "true" make game stuttering when loading resources but saves memory 1.5-2 times, which is good for 8 Gbytes ram. AutodetectVideoMemorySize=true as already suggested or you can try VideoMemorySizeMb=4500, lower bit because other applications can consume vram and suggestion i did long ago was for that time, when not many applications digged in to video memory.

thank you guys for fast reply!

and I have one more serious trouble: every time I start Skyrim, I have a different fps in the same save - once 12fps, and another time 7 fps
I checked this maybe 30 times and I no don't know what is the reason.
i disabled various mods, such as skyrim shadows, ELE, NLA, Particle patch... I tried do disable many scripted mods, but all my tryings has no results. In every next loading the same savegame i have 7fps or 12fps.

and can i get more fps and less lags if i transfer the Skyrim folder on ssd?

P.S. I'm screenshooter and i don't need 60+ fps for gameplay, but 7fps and less it's very low even for screenshots
i use Snapdragon Prime ENB on max settings and all game settings are "ultra"

It's your hardware. It's probably not enough. What's your screen resolution ?

1920x1080 (connected 24' monitor)

at first I had an acceptable fps (24fps in the gates of Riverwood without ENB and 15fps with ENB installed but disabled by Shift+F12)
Now i have only 7-10fps
when i change settings from "ultra" to "high" i have the same result
and why i got sometimes 10fps and sometimes 6-7fps?

Make sure vsync disabled in game ini file(s) and in enblocal.ini. Also waitbusyrender disabled in the enblocal.ini. To make performance better need to change setting for ssao_ssil and skylighting.

I don't know what happened, but now I have a good performance
for example: in one interior location now i have 40fps after 15fps!
maybe it happened after some manipulation with shadows in skyrimprefs.ini

p.s. disabling waitbusyrender don't have results
