Here my results for 4500 and 8000 draw calls, performance difference between toggling is very low and difficult to measure cause fps fluctuate in the game +-2, but it's almost the same with on/off for my much slower cpu:

Tested in Diamond City with 7k draw calls, barely any difference between on or off. Tested on top of the corvega factory with 10k draw calls - also a small difference.
That spot is just cursed it seems. On my shit-list now.
The TL:DR of all of this is that I need to retire my Vega soon.
