Skyrim SE ENB Flickering when pausing/unpausing the game

I have this weird issue when pausing or unpausing the game, or when a message box pops up. Terrain flickers for a second, which is not gamebreaking, although is quite annoying. I've tried three different presets and the issue was still there. Only happens in exteriors btw. My drivers are up to date.

Not just terrain, but many things flicker. It's because mod need information from previous frame, so first is invalid when you load game, quit menu, so on. Unfixable.
