[GTA V] Serious frame drops when moving mouse around with ENB enabled.

I get some really intense FPS drops when I move my mouse around. I'll send my enb files to anyone who needs them for further troubleshooting.
Would like to know which effect is causing this to disable it.

It's not caused by the mod, but game. You may not see issue without mod installed because having vsync cap.
