Hi, I just updated from v.347 to v.440 and I noticed significant FPS drops when approaching an area with a lot of candles (e.g. Windhelm's Temple of Talos).
My FPS would drop from ~60FPS to ~20FPS.
I went back to the .347 binaries and my FPS was rock solid again.
Tested on 2 different ENB presets (Ljoss and Rudy's for CW) with the same results.
I am using the Skyrim Particle Patch also.
This issue has been reported by several members of the same Discord server so it doesn't appear to be an isolated incident.
For now I will use the .347 drivers until further advice is given.
Many thanks.

Weird - this has been happened to me with every binaries. Every place with many candles (light sources) kills the fps.
My graphics card is 1080ti. What's yours ?

Re: Significant FPS drops in Skyrim SE
Not a bug, it's complex particle light effect. Disable it if performance more important than visuals.

Re: Significant FPS drops in Skyrim SE
I understand why the fps drops, what's weird is that for dap1984 the fps does not drop with v.347
For me it drops with every version. What makes the difference ?
