Hello
I had very noticeable stutter, so I installed the dx8 - dx9 converter for Mafia 1.
It helped the stutter a lot, but it's still there during ''action'' sequences (lots of shooting, car chases etc).
I have tried various settings in setup.exe with no difference.

Re: Mafia 1 microstutter
In drivers reduce number of prerendered frames (default is 3) or set VR ready mode for no delays.

Re: Mafia 1 microstutter
Reduce it to 1? And do I set it in NVidia control panel's program settings or elsewhere?
Edit: didn't make a difference, unfortunately.

Re: Mafia 1 microstutter
If didn't help, then use any fps limiting tools. And if your cpu have hyperthreading, change game affinity mask to physical cores, to one is better.
