A tip for nVidia users

Here is a tip for NVidia users...

While working on my Fallout 4 ENB, I found the drop of FPS alarming. Running a plain high setting on full resolution (192x11080), I would get 58-60 FPS. After installing ENB and making the changes I wanted, the FPS dropped to 50-53. I lost almost 10 FPS and I still have more work to do on my ENB.

I found this tip that may help for some NVidia users. If you do not use NVidia Streaming, disable the service. By disabling this service, I jump back up to 58-60 FPS with my ENB.
