ENB not working with skyrim

Hello everytime I try to use ENB on my skyrim game it crashes on startup

even detecting video deftaults on the launcher crashes

my rig is:

i7 940
nvidia 570 gtx
6 gigs ddr3 1600 ram

[ENBSeries]

Steam "protection" or utils which are not supported (in readme_en.txt written). Version 0.103 have walkaround for this.
