Is there something people can do to help to determine the crap that's the cause of the cache being not usable ?

Swap old versions with changing parameters to make cache generation fail. F.e. when parallax not works but enabled or on the contrary, disabled but still works (untill delete cache folder). And remove skse plugins or managers till find when this behavior stops, what exactly hooks file system of the game.
