Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

To make sure you understand what is going on with particles in VR version, here is visualization of plane which instead of proper billboard rotates same as camera

So, an attempt to fix that only possible if i would know particle center is uv(0.5, 0.5) and then i could try compute relative to that center proper rotation. But maybe this can be fixed other way to make my life easier, i don't know.

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

I see, this reminds me a bit of the height vs sunrays issue in VR. Your screenshot from the older VR enb thread also showed this problem.
Maybe there can be done something by adjusting particles meshes to the games heightsetting to get a VR enb lights version. I'll see what i can find out and maybe even help to make it possible for us.

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

Does this parameter in the models still work, or is there some kind of hardcoded crap going on in the VR version?

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

I dont know about that, need model to test different sprites, something like candle glows with different parameters.

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

Hey Boris, i hope you're well and healthy!

Quick question: in the recent version i noticed that the settings AOIntensity and AOIntensityInterior don't have an effect anymore. They seem to be overriden by the DNI AO settings. Is this on purpose or a bug? Is it not possible anymore to adjust AOAmount and AOIntensity separately?

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

This is not a bug, they are replaced by time of the day version of this thing and interior parameters are also there and can be tweaked separately.

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

Yes, i get that. But Amount and Intensity cannot be adjusted separately anymore, is this correct?
I'm asking, because i had finetuned my settings with high amount and low intensity, but that gets overriden now...

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

Sorry, because i develop VR version at two hard drives, sometime versions not updated between them. There is no AOAmount and never existed in VR version, so AOIntensity is the same, but changed to time of the day variables.

Re: TES Skyrim VR 0.410

Thx Boris. Strange, i probably got confused, because i used a preset for Skyrim SE and adapted it to Skyrim VR, but initially only edited the enbseries.ini by hand. Oh well...
