Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
There was some discussion a while back about the new snow shader and issues with ENB. I have an issue where the sparkles are way over powered. Essentially the ground looks like a field of dots.
Is this a known issue?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
I know about this problem, but ignore it, tried to find reason of the bug with no luck. No idea what this effect should do, it look ugly, so i do not activate it.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
Ok fair enough. Thats a shame I've always liked it. Although not all textures work well with it.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
I'll try to check again with some old version which have this issue started.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
Found what's the problem, it is unfixable issue. As long as i modify fog, apply ibl or make colored game ao, the shader which i decompile losing precision of floating point constant variables defined in shader and i do not know their initial values to set them manually. Modified decomplier d3dcompiler_46e do not help, as expected. That's why i fear to modify shaders for sss, correct cloud shadows and skylighting. Dunno, maybe just to try different values till result look similar to non modded, but it is not just one variable, so it will not look the same in other conditions.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.341
https://imgur.com/a/eccaLrP I don't know how this snow effect should look like in game, but i always see it vanilla like these small dots on stones and surface in some places. That's all? No more variations of it? Or how it may look with mods?
