I cant tell which antivirus can or cannot block d3d9.dll. There are huge amount of same kind of topics here, search please. The only different thing i can tell - make sure you don't have enbseries.dll renamed to d3d9.dll as some users do, because injector version is totally different thing. Or that you do not try to run injector version while wrapper version is already in game folder. But its very rare scenario. Win10 users mostly have issues because of directx not installed (M$ doing bullshit about this) or some xbox related options in OS enabled. Why not just to use ENB PreSetup tool?

What OS are you running ? Win 10 ? Which iteration ? 1709 Falls Creator Update ?

If so, just try an image Restore Health via admin command prompt : Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Sometimes, the latest Win10 messes with some DX components in case of bad overclocks or with recent updates.

In Skyrim by unknown reason eyes are transparent objects and drawed with other transparent closer to the end of frame, after i apply ambient occlusion. There are only two ways, one is to modify nif mesh of eyes to make it opaque (not my job). Another way is to draw mask for eyes to compute ambient occlusion by it once more and its very stupid idea to waste performance.

hmm, it is more or less the same meshes in Skyrim particle patch for ENB is working ??

if true you can request this for he make this mesh ??

Eyes are merged with eyelashes, so they must be transparent.

As long as eye and eyelashes are in one datablock, they can have and share only one shader.
