Sounds like the rain bug might be related somehow to weather changing?

I don't know when this bug with rain happens, but it make some parameters for rain object position change much. Don't even know yet how to fix from my side.

Fix what? I already did rain occlusion the only possible way it can be in this game without huge performance costs.
