Edit: I noticed that in some interiors, time stands still - for example in the Everfall, during "Lure of the Abyss" quest.

Parameters of statistics are based on time of the day and they don't care if it's interior or exterior. Parameters for interiors simply have just two types, that's all.

Alsmost finished complex version of skylighting which computes separately ambient occlusion and indirect lighting factors, similar to gta4 version of the mod.

I know that we have only Night and Day parameters for the interiors.
Mine interior settings are just the same for daytime and nighttime, exept ambient color. Still during down and dusk, the interiors ( I meant those in which TOD is changing ) are lit with ambient light, i can correct this with AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorDay, but, of course, this causes changes for the interior daylighting :(

No, i don't understand what is wrong. Describe with examples please. Day time for interiors is period of day, sunrise and sunset all together. Dusk and dawn also have some weight of sunset and sunrise, so before dusk and dawn are 1.0, day continues. Is that what you mean as wrong?

O.K. Attached my save ( from the Cassardis well ) and preset. Maybe this helps a little. Just wait until dawn.
