For the visualisers, you have to save and apply the config.

Have a question about SkyLighting. I don't notice a big fps dip, but I do notice a bunch of stuttering when it's in effect. The only other heavy hitter I'm running is SSAO, but don't notice any improvement when I disable SSAO and keep SkyLighting. Is it known to cause stuttering? My vram is barely at 900mb when I run everything at 1920x1080.

Stuttering is not the bug or something else like that, if it happens, then driver or game failed to process heavy load of renderer. There is no answer to this and no solution, unless you/me have source code of the game.
