The last he proposed to make own frame limiter to find out how many time to sleep which is kinda equal shadow distance increasing, but i said that not works because of vsync issues as it produce non constant frame rate and most users can't play without vsync. It's just the case when any dirty tricks do not work at all, shifting shadow back and forward or very low rate of change.
Actually, that sounds like it could work so long as this frame limiter was kept below 60. Playing at 55 or even 50 wouldn't be a big deal.

Most gamers can't play Fallout 4 at 60 fps in the first place because of how badly optimized it is, lol.

A solid 55 fps is close enough.

They don't care that unable to play with 60 fps all the time, they blame bethesda for that, with the mods they blame us.

'They' are the vocal minority. Take what 'they' say with a grain of salt.

The actual majority will be happy to have their game working.

Besides, why are you so concerned about pleasing people that are just looking for a reason to yell at you?

Please the people that actually appreciate your work and thank you for it.
