You can use a proxy but it's unnecessary, ReShade doesn't use the same files ENB uses when it comes to DirectX 11.

Great! Thank you.

EDIT: Actually it doesn't appear to work, with a proxy or no. Has anyone been able to get ENB to work with ReShade?

EDIT 2: Nevermind. It's working, derp. Not sure why it wasn't at first. Your welcome for wasting your time :P

Jesus Christ, and they don't even care.
It's not ssao, but a god rays fault.
Quality wise though there's nothing you can change. It simply sucks.
Well with fSAOIntensity=15.1 it looks way better and noticeable.

This game's SSAO implementation is surprisingly really light on performance. What surprises me is why their interior lighting engine causes so much lag, even on the lowest settings with SSAO off.

Strange, I do not notice any sort of unusual lag in interiors. Anyone else having this sort of issue?

Not really suprising. You can barely tell it's there at all.

I have a bit of trouble reaching the ENB menu in the game. The mouse won't move far enough to the side to reach the window. It's trapped in an invisible box, kind of like a mime. I hate mimes.

Did you try the one I mentioned?

Interior lag seems to be the old gamebryo firebarrel lag, just don't look straight into them too much.
